MHIK7989 Retrofit Heat Release Icemaker Maytag Kit

This ice maker kit MHIK7989, is a replacement for the twist tray ice makers used on refrigerators manufactured by Maytag between 1979 and 1989 including, Admiral, Maytag, Magic Chef, Crosley and some Montgomery Ward. It is controlled by a thermostat inside the ice maker eliminating the premature harvest issues associated with plastic tray ice makers.
