We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that sometimes circumstances change and from time to time everyone makes mistakes. Perhaps you ordered the wrong item by mistake. Or maybe you ordered a replacement part for your broken appliance, then before you installed it, decided to purchase a new appliance. No problem! Simply return the part to us for a refund. In fact, we will even pay the shipping cost if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong or defective part. |

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you may return any unused item in its original condition, in its original packaging, up to 30 days of the date that you purchased the item from us for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
To request an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Please send an email to: service@OhioAsc.com.
We will promptly respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send your item back without receiving an RMA Number. Our warehouses do not accept items without a valid RMA.
Abuse of the return policy: We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person or company for any reason if we suspect that a person or company is abusing our return policy. |

Items not in their original condition include, parts that had been installed or damaged during attempted installation.
